If you have arrived at this page via our home page you will have probably noticed that due to many customer requests, we accept PayPal as payment for your purchases. Please follow the guidelines below and then place your order using the order form at the foot of this page.
Important.
We despatch our spares & models by Royal Mail, Parcel Force and a 24 / 48 hour carrier that require a signature on receipt. If
the 24 / 48 hour carrier service is required and no one is going to be home to receive the parcel, please arrange an alternative address, such as a neighbour or perhaps at your workplace. Please indicate your requirements on the order form. Thank you.
It is important that these ordering guidelines are followed to enable forest classics process your order with maximum speed & efficiency.
When you have selected the item of your choice from the website, please contact us by telephone, fax, email or letter to confirm price and delivery on your order, and to answer any questions that you have about your prospective purchase.
Then, if you wish to pay by PayPal, please use the order form at the foot of this page, clearly stating your name, address, contact telephone number or email address, and the items that you require. Not forgetting to add the necessary postage & packing charge. Please mark your order "Confirmation Order" to avoid order duplication.
If you wish to order direct using Paypal & the order form without calling Forest classics first, please follow the guidelines in item 3, but mark your order "New Order" and we will confirm your order, but we would always recommend checking stock availability & pricing first.
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, these details may be given may be given by telephone, fax, email (we suggest two separate emails each containing only a part of your card details.) or letter. Alternatively, payment may also be made by Postal Order or Cheque. We even accept cash, but only by Registered Post at your own risk.
The total cost of your order, that will include postage, packing & insurance, can be calculated by adding the cost of the items to the postage and packing charges listed below. Please note these costs are for the United Kingdom only. If you are one of our many overseas customers, please contact us for confirmation of the delivery charge.
